Bronson Reed competed in the WarGames match at WWE Survivor Series this past Saturday. Reed, who represented New Bloodline, entered the cage as the first entrant after Jey Uso and Tama Tonga started the bout. However, New Bloodline (Solo Sikoa, Jacob Fatu, Tama Tonga, Tonga Loa & Bronson Reed) were unable to win the WarGames match against OG Bloodline (Roman Reigns, Sami Zayn & The Usos) and CM Punk.
During the match, Bronson Reed attempted to hit his finishing move, ‘Tsunami,’ on Roman Reigns off the top of the cage onto a table. However, CM Punk pulled Reigns out of harm's way and Reed went through the table.
At the Survivor Series post-show press conference, WWE Chief Content Officer Paul "Triple H" Levesque stated that Reed would be questionable for a few weeks after the Tsunami splash spot. In an Instagram story, the 36-year-old provided an update on his injury with a photo of himself wearing a leg brace.
"Delays, cancelations… im just ready to be home. Get this ankle checked out. See what im working with so I can come back ASAP and cause chaos as usual!"
In another post, Reed commented on his injury.
